Photograph album documenting promotion programs encouraging increased shipbuilding production that were set in place by the Kaiser Company's shipyards in Portland, Or. during World War II, 1943-1944. Includes photographs documenting the "2 More by '44" program and other promotions; speeches made by naval officers; and launchings of Liberty ships. Also includes issues of "The Bo'sn's Whistle" and nine issues of the promotional newspaper, "Flat Top Flash," both published by Kaiser. The photographers are unidentified.
